Decision On Cooper Could Be Made Today
CORAL GABLES - Canes Freshman RB Graig Cooper participated in 50-75 percent of practice today according to Coach Randy Shannon.
Graig Cooper is wearing a brace on his right knee after getting injured against Virginia late in the game and did not return.
Graig Cooper leads the team in rushing with 664 yards on 121 carries (5.5 average) and four touchdowns.
A decision on Graig Cooper's status for Saturday's game against Virginia Tech will not be made until today.
DE Courtney Harris "probably won't play this week," Shannon said.
PRACTICE IN RAIN: Miami endured hard rainfall during Wednesday's practice.
"It was kind of a good day today," Shannon said. "We could have had a distraction because we practiced through the rain and the water. We didn't have any fumbled snaps or bad snaps. Everybody concentrated and we communicated offensively and defensively."
